I am happy to report after many unanticipated delays the Maintenance Checkup Home Edition Version 2 (MCHE V2) is almost ready for an official launch!
We know a lot of you signed on as beta testers about 5 months ago, and your 90-day trial subscriptions have expired.
After consulting with Adam on the development team, we have decided to officially open the MCHE V2 to all users new and old for a brief time while we finalize the launch.
If you have the V2 installed on your computer, simply run an update and you will find that your subscription has been reactivated. If you have not tried the MCHE V2 yet, feel free to download the program free at http://mche.schrockinnovations.com.
There are still a few Vista implementation bugs and we are waiting on a security certificate from Microsoft to help take care of some of those “Cancel or Allow” boxes that are popping up from time to time.
If you are using Windows XP your experience should be next to flawless.
Note that you must have the .Net Framework 2.0 installed on your PC for the Home Edition V2 to run properly. If you don’t have it you will be directed to install it.
Let us know what you think!
